#### Fonction de scan

Un scan réussi ouvre le produit dans la [zone de saisie](https://fr.wiki.dedesales.de/books/description-des-prestations-inventaire/page/zone-de-saisie-inventaire "Zone de saisie Inventaire").

- pour la création, si le produit n'est pas encore dans le panier.
- pour la modification, si le produit est déjà dans le panier.

# Création de l'inventaire

#### Info

Un produit dans l'inventaire est toujours identifié par le numéro du produit et le numéro de lot (si le produit est soumis à la gestion des lots).

#### Scanner

2. Si le Produit est déjà présent dans les Lignes article du Panier (pour les lots avec contrôle de lot), le masque de Création de l'inventaire s'ouvre et la Ligne article trouvée est affichée dans le masque de saisie. La Quantité n'est pas modifiée.
3. Si un Produit est dans le masque de saisie et est scanné à nouveau, la Quantité augmente de 1
4. Si un autre Produit que celui scanné est dans le masque de saisie, le Produit actuel est pris en compte et le nouveau scanné est affiché (soit cas 1 ou 2).

#### Fonction de scan

- Un scan du même produit augmente la quantité par pas de 1.
- Le scan d'un autre produit 
    - reprend le produit actuel (comme la Fonction "Enregistrer")
    - Vérifie si le produit scanné existe 
        - Oui : reprend directement le nouveau produit dans le masque de saisie. 
            - Si un lot est requis, la [sélection du lot](https://wiki.dedesales.de/link/61#bkmrk-chargenartikel) apparaît maintenant, si le lot n'est pas déjà inclus dans le code-barres.

# Barre d'onglets du masque de saisie Inventaire

La barre d'onglets contient des informations supplémentaires sur le produit actuellement sélectionné, ou vous offre la possibilité de faire d'autres saisies. Selon les droits activés, les onglets ne sont pas visibles ou contiennent moins d'informations.

##### Articles par lot

Lorsqu'un article en lot est appelé, le lot doit d'abord être sélectionné / saisi. L'affichage suivant apparaît :

1. Remarque : "Lot requis"
2. Liste déroulante : "Sélectionner un lot"
3. Champ de saisie "Saisir le lot"
4. Bouton d'action "Accepter"
 
Tant que le lot n'est pas choisi, les Fonctions "Enregistrer" et "Flèche droite (verte)" sont inactives.

#### ONGLET : MODULES

Les modules sont configurés individuellement dans le backend. Jusqu'à 5 modules peuvent être affichés.

#### ONGLET : HISTORIQUE

Affiche les lignes de position des documents de facturation pour le client et le produit sélectionnés. Le nombre de lignes visibles peut être réglé dans le backend via Configuration de base - Configuration "Historique des objets". L'onglet n'est affiché que si le droit correspondant est activé dans le rôle, section "COMMANDE / Lignes" dans le backend.
